THE PROBLEM

Our collaborators at Nike came to us with an existing product, an internal dashboard. They wanted to improve the user experience, and increase adoption of the tool across teams.

THE SOLUTION

We started with an internal discovery workshop to examine underlying issues, then conducted user interviews and usability tests, which allowed us to determine next steps for redesigning and re-launching the product.
